Kenwood Montessori School is a private, nondenominational, nonprofit organization licensed by the state as a day care facility with an educational purpose.

    We are governed by a board of directors that includes parents. Kenwood Montessori has been accredited by the NAEYC (National Association for Education of Young Children) since 1996. We are currently in the re-accreditation process since our move to this location. The NAEYC is the nation’s largest organization of early childhood educators. The school is open to all and welcomes children of every race, creed, and nationality.
